Our university’s scientific journal “Hikmet” has been included in List 3 of scientific publications recommended by the Committee for Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In accordance with Order No. 589 dated August 12, 2026, the journal has been included in the list under the scientific field of “Religious Studies and Islamic Studies,” effective from January 2026.

This achievement is the result of the university’s systematic efforts to enhance the quality of its research activities and scientific publications.

The inclusion of the journal in the list of scientific publications recommended by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan will further strengthen the university’s research potential, enhance its reputation in the national and international academic community, and create new opportunities for scholars and young researchers to publish their research in the fields of religious studies and Islamic studies.

This achievement was made possible by the dedicated efforts of the Department of Science, the journal’s editorial board, and the Scientific Publications Division.

Going forward, efforts will continue to further improve the scientific and editorial quality of the journal, enhance the academic standards of its publications, and align its editorial policy with international requirements.
