Methodological and Organizational Support
· Coordinating and enhancing the efficiency of the university’s scientific activities through modern project management approaches;
· Conducting monitoring and analysis based on strategic goals and indicators, and developing results-oriented action plans;
· Supporting the initiation of scientific projects (idea generation, preparation for competitions) and providing methodological and administrative assistance in preparing project applications;
· Planning, executing, budget control, preparing periodic reports, and monitoring outcomes during the implementation of scientific projects;
· Organizing the processes of establishing, modernizing, and effectively utilizing laboratories for the university’s research activities;
· Integrating laboratories into the e-labs system and ensuring transparent and efficient functioning of the scientific infrastructure;
· Integrating scientific activity into the educational process and engaging students and master’s learners in scientific projects (research-based learning);
· Strengthening the continuity between education and science by incorporating research results into academic programs and course content;
· Implementing digitalization in science management, applying data-driven decision-making and analytical tools;
· Developing a unified database of the university’s scientific projects, researchers, and outcomes;
· Providing professional support to researchers in project planning, identifying funding sources, increasing publication activity, and improving laboratory equipment;
· Enhancing the university’s scientific and innovation performance and strengthening its competitiveness at both national and international levels;
· Ensuring the implementation of tasks and projects assigned by the Vice-Rector for Science and Strategic Development and the Department of Science.
