From September 24 to 26, 2025, a training seminar organized by the Qazpatent branch training center was held in Almaty.

The seminar was attended by Orynkul Orazbaeva, coordinator of the Patents and Intellectual Property Protection Sector at the Commercialization Office, who enhanced her professional qualifications and gained new experience.

As part of the program:

Participants were introduced to national and international legislation (Paris Convention, PCT, EAPC);

Discussed the requirements and specifics of obtaining a patent;

Took part in practical sessions on working with international databases (Espacenet, WIPO Patentscope, EAPO).

In the future, special events on patents and intellectual property are planned for the students and researchers of our university.
