AI-JAN PROJECT OF OUR UNIVERSITY WINS

At the AI-Sana Ceremony, organized within the framework of the Strategic Partners Forum “Kazakhstan — the Territory of Academic Education” in Astana, our university’s AI-Jan project won in the category “For the Benefit of Society: Social Initiative of the Year.”

The AI-Sana program is a national project implemented on the initiative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, aimed at integrating artificial intelligence technologies into the education system and developing digital competencies.

Participants of the event were congratulated by the Assistant to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kuanyshbek Esekeev, and the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Sayasat Nurbek, who highlighted the strategic role of the AI-Sana initiative in enhancing the intellectual potential of the new generation.

Representing the university at the forum, Vice-Rector for Strategic Development and Science Ainash Oshibaeva accepted the award.

The AI-Jan project was developed within the YASAWI STARTUP program, implemented by the University’s Commercialization Office. This system helps school students and university students cope with emotional stress and prevents cases of bullying.

We consider this award as a high recognition of the innovative research conducted by our students in the field of using artificial intelligence for the benefit of society.

Our university will continue to develop startups that combine artificial intelligence, education, and innovation, strengthen the ecosystem, and support youth initiatives.
