    Duties and functions of the Substation and Electrical Supervision department:

    • In order to provide electric lighting to the university campus, the university substation provides electric lighting to the city with a voltage of 110/35/10 kV.
    • Monitoring compliance with occupational safety during the operation of all works carried out in the substation, timely conduct of fire-fighting and emergency response (emergency response and emergency response) training training of sub-engineers and electrical installers, and other works.

    Tasks and functions performed by electrician specialists:

    • Carrying out routine repairs of all electrical installations, networks in educational buildings and economic installations.
    • Carrying out repair work in case of emergency (accident).
    • Replacing burnt out street lamps and ensuring uninterrupted lighting at night. 
    • Carrying out repair work on high-voltage overhead lines and pruning tree branches that interfere with electrical networks. 
    • Repair works are carried out in all electrical systems while major repairs are carried out in educational institutions and dormitories.
