-The economic department carries out the following basic services;
-Organization of work on the use of the educational building and dormitory;
- Organization of major repairs and renovations construction works in the campus area;
-Monitoring the technical condition of campus buildings and equipment;
-Ensuring the economical and safe operation of lighting heating and weter supply systems sawage pipes and ventilation equipment;
- Monitoring compliance with safety measures;
- To prepare the organizational regulations of the economic department to maintain the nomenclature of business deportamens in accordance with the established procedure;
-Develop coordinate and sumbit for approval the work sehedule, annal and current plans of the economic department;
-To plan and organize the equipment of production facilities educational buildings and dormitories;
-To organize and conduct major repairs renovations and construction of campus infrastructure;
- Ensure the safe operation of existing engineering installations of campus buildings in accordance with norms and rules;
-To comply with labor protection requirements and technical safety regulations;
-To ensure the preservation of assets and their proper maintenance;
-To provide process proposals to improve the work of the economic department;
-To coordinate the work of the economic department with the personnel analysis;
-Organize and implement the work of the economic department in accordance with the University Charter these Regulations and internal labor regulations;
-Participate in the development implementation and analysis of the quality management system in the department;
