History
The Language Training and Teaching Center was opened by Order No. 1/447 dated 06.10.1997 of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after H.A.Yasawi.
The first head of the preparatory department was Babaev S., and in subsequent years this position was held by Shafak Zh., Kadasheva K., Imashova N., Sydykov B., Aitbayeva N., Bayniyazov A., Dinchai T., Adyaman H., Zhanbaz M., A.Gungor, E.Aydogmush, A.Zohre. This duty has been carried out by Assoc. Prof. Dr. G. B. Duman since the 2025–2026 academic year.
