Despite several changes in the name and structure of the Faculty of Law, it has remained one of the core faculties that has been functioning since the very first day of the university’s establishment. Today, the faculty’s graduates are successfully working in various branches of the legal field both in Kazakhstan and in near and far abroad countries.
At present, the faculty implements six educational programs covering legal education at three levels – bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral studies. A total of 347 students are enrolled: 3 bachelor’s programs, 2 master’s programs, and 1 doctoral program.
Training of legal specialists is carried out by qualified professors and instructors of the Departments of Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, and Civil Law.
To ensure high-quality professional training, the faculty operates specialized classrooms, an economic investigation service office, a courtroom, a forensic laboratory, a digital law clinic, a reading room, a sports complex, computer labs, and lecture halls equipped for interactive learning. This infrastructure provides broad opportunities for students to combine theoretical knowledge with practice and develop their professional skills.
