In accordance with the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstandated December21, 2020No. KR DSM-303/2020, from April2023, the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after H. A.Yassawi began organizingadditional and non-formaleducation courses forhealthcare professionals.
Additional and non-formal educationcourses are organized jointlywith the university facultyin accordancewith the thematic plan of the Office of Additional and non-formal Education.
The university is taught by highly qualified candidateswith academicdegrees of the highest andfirst category,PhD doctors,masters with academicdegrees who have improvedtheir qualificationsat leadinguniversities in the world.
The training is conducted in twolanguages: the state language and Russian.Purpose: to ensure the continuousprofessional development of medical professionals.Strengthening the interrelationship of the university's educational process.To achieve these goals, the following tasks are set:
1. Development of the system of continuous professionaleducation of medical workers;
2. Development and coordination of the medical education plan of the Office of additional and non-formal education;
3. Organization and support of the office staff's participationin internaland externaleducational programs;
4. Accounting, monitoring andevaluation of the effectiveness of training activities;
5. Formation and maintenance of a register of trained staff;
6. Promotion of modern educationalformats (online courses,simulation training, hybridprograms).
7. Establishment of a fee-based contract between the university and medicalorganizations based onnon-governmental private ownership.
