ENVIRONMENTAL CAMPAIGN: TEACHERS AND STUDENTS PLANTED 80 TREES
Today, a landscaping event was held at the university as part of the “Clean Kazakhstan” environmental campaign.
During the event, 80 Samarkand apricot saplings were planted in the university’s botanical garden.
The initiative brought together faculty members from the Faculty of Natural Sciences and the Department of Biology, over 100 students, as well as specialists from the Research Institute of Ecology.
The campaign aims to protect the environment, promote environmental awareness, and foster a sense of responsibility toward nature among young people.
Guided by the national proverb, “If you cut down one tree, plant ten,” participants made their contribution to environmental preservation.
As a result, the green initiative continues, with organizers passing the ecological baton to the Faculty of Arts, Media and Design.
