INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE “SCIENCE AND INNOVATION: THE ROLE OF UNIVERSITIES” HELD
An international scientific conference titled “Science and Innovation: The Role of Universities” was held at the Faculty of Philology.
The event brought together scholars, researchers, and experts from both near and far abroad, as well as from leading universities across the country.
The main goal of the conference was to define the role of universities in the development of science and innovation, discuss research findings, and strengthen international cooperation.
At the opening of the conference, Vice-Rector for Science and Strategic Development Ainash Oshibayeva and Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences Gulfairuz Yerkebayeva delivered welcoming remarks and wished the participants success in their work.
Next, PhD in Business Innovation and Administrative Dean of WOOSONG University Kazakhstan, Jong Yonghwa, presented an important report on the topic “How to Create an Innovative Classroom in Digital Education.”
During the conference, other scholars also shared their insights on various topics, including: “Key Directions of the Education System: The Legacy of Ybyrai Altynsarin and the Modern Educational Process,” “Policy for the Use of Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education: Academic Integrity, Assessment, and Quality Assurance,”“Activating Students’ Attention in Russian Language Classes,” and “Scientific Publishing in Universities and the Role of the Editor.”
The significant event provided participants with an opportunity to exchange experiences, establish new partnerships, and make important decisions aimed at the future.
