In the 2025–2026 academic year, 26 ethnic Kazakh students who studied at the Preparatory Center located on our University’s Kentau Campus were awarded state educational grants.

During the academic year, the Preparatory Center admitted 36 ethnic Kazakh students who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Of these, 34 studied under state-funded grants and two on a fee-paying basis. A total of 31 students successfully completed the programme and took the Unified National Testing (UNT), with 29 subsequently applying for state educational grants.

Of the 29 applicants, 26 were awarded state educational grants. Nine were admitted to our University, six to Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, four to Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, and seven to Satbayev University.

The grant recipients will pursue higher education in a wide range of fields, including pedagogy and methodology of primary education, physical education, biological and related sciences, environmental studies, physics, mathematics and statistics, information technology, information security, mechanics and metalworking, urban planning, and construction.

Overall, 89.7% of the Preparatory Center students who participated in the state educational grant competition were awarded grants. This achievement reflects the Center’s systematic and effective approach to preparing students for admission to higher education institutions.
