INTERNATIONAL ACADEMIC MOBILITY: EXCHANGE OF EXPERIENCE AND ENHANCEMENT OF EDUCATION QUALITY

Within the framework of the International Academic Mobility program, our university organized a series of important educational and scientific events with the participation of foreign scholars.

Professor Dr. Mehmet Ekiz from Nigde Halisdemir University, Republic of Turkey, visited our university on an official academic trip. During his visit, Professor Ekiz delivered lectures and conducted practical sessions for History students. His lectures addressed current issues in historical science, modern research approaches, and methodologies. In addition, interactive sessions were held to enhance students’ skills in analyzing historical data. Professor Ekiz also met with the university’s teaching staff, contributing to the improvement of education quality.

Furthermore, leading faculty members from Tashkent State Medical University and Andijan State Medical Institute are undergoing pedagogical and scientific internships at our Faculty of Medicine. These scholars visited our university as part of international collaboration in the medical field. Among them are Professors Feruza Azizova, Feruza Salomova, Jakhongir Shamsiyev, and Associate Professor Murod Zhafarov from Tashkent State Medical University, and Associate Professors Avazbek Khoshimovich and Abdugofur Kadirov from Andijan State Medical Institute.

During their internships, these foreign experts delivered lectures, conducted practical sessions, and shared their research experience, providing students with opportunities to strengthen their professional competencies.

In addition, scholars from the Clinical Pharmacology and Forensic Medicine Department of Bukhara Medical Institute named after Abu Ali Ibn Sina (Uzbekistan) visited our university.

The main objectives of these visits were to promote academic mobility, strengthen cooperation in scientific and educational fields, facilitate experience exchange, and implement joint projects.

The delegation included DSc Professor Kamil Ochilov and PhD Associate Professors Vazira Jalalova, Alisher Ochilov, and Gulrukh Saidovna. The guests were warmly welcomed by the team led by Furkat Dadazhonov, Director of the International Relations Department. The visiting scholars also met with Rector Zhanar Temirbekova and representatives of relevant faculties and departments. Within the academic mobility program, the Bukhara scholars conducted lectures and practical sessions for students.

As a result, promising areas of cooperation between the universities in pharmacy and forensic medicine were identified.

These meetings strengthened mutual experience exchange, enhanced the quality of education, and created opportunities to expand international cooperation.
